With over 17 years in the industry, Tom has built a strong foundation in broadcast television, including music, fact-ents, docs, and entertainment. As a Series Producer, he’s led complex productions by guiding exciting projects from early development right through to delivery for major UK broadcasters and as senior producer for streamers like Netflix & Paramount+. Known for calm leadership under pressure with editorial clarity, Tom excels at shaping compelling narratives and leading large editorial teams to delivering award-nominated content (Royal Television Society NI 2023 in Entertainment).
In the commercial and branded content space, Tom has produced and directed campaigns for global brands, partnering with agencies such as Havas, BMB/Cylndr and social creative agency Coolr. He specialises in turning brand strategy into standout creative, balancing strong visuals with authentic storytelling. With a hands-on approach from casting through to post, he consistently delivers high-quality work - on time, on budget, and built to engage.
Most recently, Tom led the transformation of an in-house content team at one of the UK’s top social creative agencies working across a large portfolio of clients. Tasked with building, then leading, a Gen Z-savvy team from scratch, he created the structures, workflows, and developed alongside departments social creative strategies to deliver fast-turnaround, platform-native content across TikTok and Instagram. Under his leadership, the team delivered everything from trend-led reactive & planned reactive moments, to evergreen and always on brand content - always with speed and a smile.
Some highlights include hitting 10+ million views organically for a TikTok post, the highest the agency ever had at the time; community management wins with some comments exceeding 267k+ likes, and regularly having content featured by the drum magazine winning “social post of the day”.
